The last winter league match was at Bron Eifion had a poor turn out
with only 6 anglers attended, the weather was very wet to start ,but
brightened up as the day went by, the fishing was not as good as it
usually is ,the carp where not showing in large numbers, only Eamonn Coleman
and Ray Swales caught well ,most the carp they caught was on the method
feeder, Eamonn caught most of his fish on red jelly pellet, Ray caught on
corn the rest of us used the pole, maybe we should have used the
feeder.
The results where:- 1st. Eamonn Coleman 33-7-0, 2nd Ray Swales 30-5-0, 3rd Alan
Jones 16-8-0, 4th Eric Cammidge 14-10-0, 5th Rick Zieba 11-11-0, 6th Ken Parry
10-1-0.
